Boot Camp SA is not just for the fit! It's also for the unfit, the sloth, the lazybones and the couch potatoes... TO GET FIT! You will be ranked and trained in divisions according to your fitness levels or lack there of! So yes... you will survive!

NUTRITION: If your diet is correct you will get the best results. You are what you eat!

Pain is just weakness on its way out of your system! It's mind over matter - so get to it!

Work your way up the ranks:
VIRGIN CORPS:
Wet behind the ears! WE WILL GUIDE YOU!

ALPHA CORPS:
Groundwork for the unfit! WE WILL HELP YOU!

BRAVO CORPS:
You are on your way to getting fit and into shape. WE WILL MOTIVATE YOU!

RANGER CORPS: Builds stamina, strength, speed, endurance and agility! Intermediate fitness. WE WILL PUSH YOU!
ELITE CORPS:
Kick-butt honing in on the ultimate fitness! WE WILL PUNISH YOU!
DELTA CORPS: Top secret skills and mission training! WE WILL RESPECT YOU!

Troops Advance:

Basic Training (Beginners):
Recruits work their way up the ranks: Virgin Corps to Alpha Corps to Bravo Corps and leave ?Basic Training? when they advance to Ranger Corps level. In order to graduate through each rank, recruits must reach a required level of fitness, stamina and willpower. Recruits will be tested on their fitness, strength and ?pain-threshold? improvements at the end of each month! ?Mercy exercises for all the SLACKERS!?

Platoon Training (Advanced):
Designed for the fit to maintain their level or further work their way up the ranks, incorporating Ranger Corps, Elite Corps and Delta Corps. A arse-kicking, bone-crunching, muscle-cramping rude awakening! Platoon training is technical, focusing on form and strength. Forget fun - we demand results!

 

NO MACHINES! NO LYCRA! NO MIRRORS! NO MUSIC!
NO DANCING! NO HEALTH BARS!

RULE # 1: DO NOT BE LATE!
RULE # 2: OBEY YOUR DRILL SERGEANT!
