Over and above the fun and adventures all experienced, we were impressed by the professionalism of your team of 'Sarges', by their ability to integrate and motivate a myriad of personalities whilst at the same time treating everyone with respect and dignity. The debriefings proved to be a vital exercise in exposing the different perceptions of what team-building encompasses and highlighted strengths and weaknesses with our Unit, something we will directly benefit from in the future.

Feedback from our staff has ranged from understanding what can truly be achieved through unity, respect, effective communication and clearly defined goals to feeling a sense of belonging and renewed commitment towards their work. All in all, the day aided in removing barriers between colleagues, encouraging communication between all levels and groups, building team spirit and morale, and unifying our large group of over 200 staff.

Well done we wish you and the Boot Camp Team everything of the best for future success.

Subject: Tristan's 9th Birthday Party 7 Feb 2009

Dear Brendon,

I would just like to thank both Serge's for the most amazing party on the 7th of February at 09H00.

I cannot begin to tell you the amazing feedback I received from Tristan's party at Bootcamp. You have the most brilliant set up there. The parents were text messaging me until late on Saturday evening to tell me how much their children enjoyed themselves and that they were all still bootcamping until late that night. We all thought they would be so exhausted and would be in bed early that night, but alas, they were still armed and ready to go! Tristan invited a friend to sleep over that night, and my husband and I had our hands full trying to get them out of their camo clothes and to get some sleep, which we desperately needed, the next day they were bootcamping from early until late that afternoon again. I have never done this before, but I thought the party was so amazing that I copied the photos we took onto a CD for each child as a thank you for coming to the party, as I thought it was so memorable, they should have the photos to remember their experience.

I do not know how I am going to top this party next year and have received complaints from parents that I have set a precedent here and they also do not know how they are going to host a better party than the one you gave Tristan.

Hats off to both of you, your personalities are just beyond explanation. Your patience with the children and lost parents were remarkable. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most enjoyable morning, parents and children alike were most entertained.

Many parents were phoning to find out about your contact details for parties for their older or younger children's parties, I hope they have contacted you to make a booking, and I most certainly will keep on referring you to anyone who is looking for something different for their child's party.

I'm so sorry we don't live in close proximity to your venue otherwise I would enrol Tristan in your holiday programme, as Tristan is still singing the song you taught them while running to the next activity you had planned for them.
